I have to agree with the other critics. They brought up some very good points. The rocks and leaves in the near background and the foreground need other colors added so they don't look so flat and they match the rest of the environment. There isn't any problem with the white in the water if you darken the rest of the water and maybe add some gold into the white. You need to make sure the scares carry on the shading. Where the skin is dark and a scar overlaps it the scar doesn't have any shading. The scars would darken as well. I have to say the thing that gets me the most is her eyes. The blue glow looks really hokey. Try reducing the blue glow a bit and add blue highlights where the glow would hit like on the hair and ridges on the face and horn. Otherwise the shading in the far background and on her skin is great. I really love the far background actually.
